Thorough knoledge of computerised hotel reservations in a large hotel, check in and check out cash handeling including credit card, cheque, cash trianing skills for new staff are essential.  You must be able to organise a team of 6 receptionists/reservationist, rotas, timesheets and apraisals. You must be of smart aprearance, have a warm friendly nature who is organised and has good numerical skills.  You will require Excellent english spoken, written and listening.  Being able to work under presure is essential. Our client a 3 star 87 bedroom hotel is after a methodical and organised worker whome is capable of organising a team of 15 workers and their rotas/time sheets etc. some fulltime and part time so supervisory experience is required. Managment of cleaning stock and ordering on site laundry (towls only) linen hire (bed and table linen).  This position does not really require the candidates to do cleaning them selves except on the rare occasion a menber of staff is sick.  The position is mostely room checking and running the department. Working hours 0730-1530 5 days weekly and some weekends Maternity cover 6 months contract for suitable candidate
